On a sunny day in London between Oxford St and Euston was the fashion forecast number 1 fabric show 'Textile Forum'. This year the exhibition was opposite Great Portland St station. Once entered into the venue it was defo the place to have either a fashion show or a wedding. After scanning the e-ticket my friend and I made are way up the right wing spiral iron stair case to a hall busy with traders, forecasters, buyers & students and people like me who came to have a brows. All different types of fabric/ manipulation samples displayed in a business eye. Companies such as Henry Bertrand, James Hare & Pongees whom I've visited before, but those that caught my eye this season was Bella Tella who designs and manufactures precious haute couture and bridal fabrics, Laurent Garigue Partnership novelty and plain fabric suppliers to top designs, Partap Fashion Fabrics who are London based specialising in beautiful fancy laces, innovative foil effects, faux furs and leathers. Pictures wasn't allowed because of copy write reasons however I tried to theme dress with this £95 Topshop multi sequin jacket, Urban Outfitters fur collar and New Look midi dress.‎‎
